Sportworks Introduces New High-density Bike Parking Solution
WOODINVILLE, Wash. – July 12, 2022 – Sportworks Global LLC (Sportworks) announces the release of a new solution for high density bike parking. The Terrace™ is a modular two-tier bike parking system with unlimited parking capacity. Featuring no moving parts, Terrace offers the fastest installation of all bike parking systems and is easy to use.
Designed with security in mind, the Terrace is compatible with U-locks to secure both the wheel and frame of the bicycle – compliant with APBP standards. Additionally, the structure is equipped with vandal-resistant and tamper-proof hardware.

Many of Sportworks’ employees that design and manufacture products are cycling enthusiasts themselves, therefore usability and protection for bicycles are incorporated into each product. The Terrace features dual slot trays to support a wide variety of bicycles, including children’s bikes. The spacing of trays is designed to prevent bicycle entanglement and optimize clearance between bike pedal and handlebars to further support damage-free and safe parking. Multiple contact points and a 16” high support rail ensure stability of bicycles.

The Terrace base models are available in 4 to 12 bike single-sided, or 8 to 24 bike double-sided modules. These modules can be used stand-alone, or daisy-chained with add-on modules to supply infinite bike parking capacity. The two-tier design supplies easy roll-in floor level storage for frequent users, as well as an upper tier for those that prefer longer-term storage.
